Welcome to the jungle! Undercote is a jungle-inspired cocktail lounge under Cote, the Michelin-starred Korean steakhouse located in Flatiron. With delicious cocktails and snacks, Undercote will blow your mind and taste buds. All of their cocktails are uniquely crafted and look like works of art. Our favorites include the “Illusions” (gin, Cocchi Rosa, apple, lemon, salt, butterfly pea) and “Milkiss” (Bertoux Brandy, almond, saffron, lemon, soda). If you’re feeling something non-alcoholic, don’t worry, they’re got you covered with the “Triumph” (coconut water, green tea, lime, coconut, fever tree club soda) – all options being super Instagrammable ofc.
Their food options are equally delish, with our favorites being the Crispy & Gooey Koren Gnocchi and their Steak Is For Winners tasting dish (dry-aged USDA Prime, American Wagyu, A5 Japanese Wagyu). If you’re looking for a veggie option, their Crudites are super fresh and yummy. Their speakeasy bar is gorgeous and their lush decor sets a vibrant and lively ambience. This spot is perfect for a sexy date night.

the night out w friends
Nestled quietly amongst the bodegas and laundromats of the Greenpoint area in Brooklyn is Ponyboy, a neighborhood bar that is the total party spot to let loose on the weekends! There arenât too many places that party harder than Ponyboy until closing time. Ponyboy has a  gorgeously decorated loungey cocktail bar where you can enjoy expertly mixed drinks and ALL party in the back with their red-room, disco-ball-lit, dance floor. On any given day, you can find local funk bands, underground artists and even some of the cityâs coolest DJs occupying the stage. The cocktails unique to say the least – featuring the most peculiar ingredients like green chartreuse, aquafaba, demerara and Turmeric infused Mezcal that really push the limits of your typical dive-bar staples. Their menu is as outgoing as their signature cocktails, serving a range of American, Japanese and Latin tapas. You can always find an unpretentious and hospitable vibe going on at Ponyboy, its all about letting loose and enjoying yourself! Our favorite nights at Ponyboy are Wednesdays and Thursdays but be sure to check their IG for a schedule of all special events!

the newly reopened classic w great cocktails
Temple Bar is a chic and sexy cocktail bar located on Lafayette St in NoHo. This gorgeous spot was the âitâ bar in the 1990s, with retro vibes and delicious martinis, but unfortunately closed in 2017. It was brought back to life recently, and weâre so glad! We love the plush and oldâfashioned decor, and the dim lighting def gives it a sultry and elevated ambiance. The drinks here are to die for! They have an extensive cocktail list, with their martinis being the star of the show, but they also have excellent wine, beer, and nonâalcoholic options to choose from. Our fav has to be their âDirty Vodka Martiniâ which never goes wrong, but their âBlue Negroniâ (gin, blue kampari, blanc vermouth) which is a crowd fav is also delish. Their food menu is great with several small plates, including glutenâfree and vegetarianâfriendly picks. They have table seating, but our fav is their bar seating which screams glam. The vibe is lively and sophisticated, making it the perfect spot for drinks w friends.

the chicest rooftop in town rn
Overstory is a gorgeous cocktail bar located on the 64th floor above SAGA which is the talk of the town and our favorite FiDi restaurant rn. This spot has the most stunning 360âdegree views of the NYC skyline with its panoramic windows. They have incredible, handâcrafted cocktails, as well as nonâalcoholic, beer, and wine options. We love the “212” (Whiskey, Vermouth, Cocoa Nib, Amaro, Black Pear) and the “Yucateco” (Mezcal, Gin, Banana, Hoja Santa, Chile, Lime) is to die for. If you’re looking for something nonâalcoholic, you have to try the delicious and refreshing “Sim Simma” (Ginger, Hoja Santa, Banana, Lime, Soda). The vibe is super chic and elevated and has a âbehind the curtainsâ speakeasy feel to it â with bar seating, table seating, and a terrace. We love this spot for date night.
